Two adjoining Cheltenham townhouses were transformed into a single luxury residence. ADM delivered the full electrical installation, bringing bespoke lighting design, lighting control and network infrastructure together into one coherent system.

Project overview

Combining two period townhouses into one home meant reworking the electrical installation from the ground up. Circuits, distribution and cable routes had to be rationalised across both properties while meeting the standard of finish expected in a high-specification interior.

The brief

Deliver a complete electrical installation for the combined residence, realise a bespoke lighting design without visible compromise, and provide reliable high-speed connectivity throughout the house and garden.

Outcome

The completed residence reads as a single home rather than two converted properties. Lighting is operated by scene rather than by switch bank, and connectivity is consistent from the top floor through to the garden.
